You can book right from ENDU a series of additional packages such as pre and post-event overnights and services that will make the Appenninica MTB Stage Race a more comfortable, less stressful experience and give you a few added cards to win the finisher title or a better finishing ranking.
The Extra packages that we, as athletes, consider indispensable are the massage service and – if you do not have team assistance – the mechanical service. Do not underestimate how the Appenninica will put your muscles and bicycle to the test!

When booking a double room select if you would like a double bed (packages H1 and H4) or two Twin beds (packages H1B and H4B). Also, please write to us with the name of the roommate. If you are booking the shared room option (package H6) with teammates or friends/companions, write to us with the names

All services can be reserved when they become available for booking and the complete list with prices will be published here. Registered participants will receive notification of the services reservation opening date. From then on, services are available until sold out.
Hotel pre-race
Hotel pre-race, night of September 1st – hotel The Social Hub Bologna
Reserve this package if you wish to stay in the event hotel the night before stage 1. This package includes:
- Overnight stay with breakfast, dinner, tourism tax.
Cost in double room: Euro 205
Cost per single in private room (upon availability): Euro 145
Check-in on 1/9 after 15:00
Transfer
Transfer (End of race): stage 6 (last host city) – Bologna airport “G. Marconi” BLQ
Shuttle buses will depart on the morning of September 8th from the host city of the last stage (and the Farewell Finishers Dinner Party) to Bologna airport “G. Marconi” BLQ.
Departure time will be published later.
Cost with bike case: Euro 45
Package Race-week in Hotel
This package includes the nights from the end of stage 1 on 2/9, to the night at the end of stage 6 (the morning after the end of the race on 8/9).
This package includes:
- Overnight stay for 6 nights (IN 2/9 – OUT 8/9) in a room with breakfast in 3-star hotels (2 star when not available)
- Tourism tax
- Transfer to and from the hotel when necessary *
Cost per double room: Euro 1.090
Cost per single rider in private room (upon availability): Euro 790
Cost per rider willing to share (usually triple occupancy): Euro 395
* Hotels will be near the race village unless otherwise indicated
Note: Appenninica MTB Stage Race stops in small and medium size mountain communities and therefore only a limited number of packages are available.
Check-in is after 14:00, check-out is after 11:00.
Note: The Farewell Finishers Dinner Party and award ceremony will take place at the end of the last stage (stage 6). Athletes will have access to showers and to the dorms of the Race Village on the 8th but there will be no breakfast service in the Race Village dorms the following morning.
Transfer
Transfer (Start of race): Bologna airport “G. Marconi” BLQ – event hotel in Bologna
Shuttle buses will depart from Bologna airport “G. Marconi” BLQ to the event hotel in Bologna. Scheduled at 13:00 on Sunday, September 1st.
The Bologna airport is also connected to the central station by a monorail train.

Transfer
Transfer (End of race): stage 6 (last host city) – Start of race
Shuttle buses will also depart on the morning of September 8th from the host city of the last stage (and the Farewell Finishers Dinner Party) to the cars parked at the stage 1 location (Bologna).

Package Mechanical Service
This package includes:
• Bike wash stage 1 to 5
• 5x mechanical controls (gears and chain, brakes, headset, wheels, bearings, frame inspection)
• Daily chain lubrication
• 1x suspensions controls (pressure and sag)
• Check and top up any tubeless sealant as needed
• Daily tire pressure check
• All labor to perform the above operations
• All materials needed to carry out the above
This package does not include:
• Components and spare parts
• Extra labor for replacement or revision of components
• Repairs not specified above

Transfer
Transfer (Start of race): parking stage 6 (last host town) – Start of race in Bologna
Shuttle buses will depart from the parking of stage 6 to Bologna on the early afternoon of Sunday the 1st to allow personal cars to be parked at the end of the race. A schedule will be published later.

Massage Package

Farewell Finishers Dinner Party
The Farewell Finishers Dinner Party is included for all registered athletes.
At the Farewell Finishers’ dinner, all the winners and finishers will be called on stage and all the volunteers and the staff of the Appenninica MTB who have taken care of the athletes during this fantastic adventure will also be honored.
Cost of the Farewell Finishers Dinner for the companion: Euro 40 including wine.
