There are several options to stay overnight during the Appenninica MTB Stage Race.
Standard race registration includes a place in a dorm (inside a building such as a school, gym, etc) in the Race Village from the night at the end of stage 1, until the night of the last stage (stage 6). Go to the program to see all the stages.
The dorm is NOT equipped with mattresses or sleeping bags. The race organization will move your camping gear along with your race bag – but in a separate bag to not take away space from your race bag.
For the night before stage 1 – NOT programmed in the Race Village – you can book an extra night as indicated on the packages page. You shall arrive the day before for accreditation.
If you prefer, you also have the option of staying in a hotel. The type and level of hotels will vary from stage to stage. At the end of each stage, the organization guarantees transportation to the hotel. For more information go to the Extra Packages webpage. In the morning a shuttle will be organized with sufficient time to arrive at the start of the stage. Note that the weekly hotel package includes the night after stage 6 (check-out on Sunday).
Campers & RVs
Riders can also stay overnight in their team’s campers. Campers will be parked in a dedicated area and only those campers with the exposed athlete pass will be allowed.
IMPORTANT: you can enter the area of the Race Village ONLY with an athlete or companion Appenninica wristband.
